Hi everyone. Just got done with a nice run on the treadmill. I joined planet fitness the other day. So that was fun! I need to get my eating back on track and then I think I will be back in business and I will begin losing weight! Let’s hope so! Hope everyone is doing well!

This is just not accurate whatsoever. But I did about 30 minutes of running with my dog and some squats and arm exercises. Better than nothing. I’m off to the right start on picking up with my weight loss journey.
